St. John Lutheran Church and School

About St. John

Greetings in Christ! The mission of St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church and School is to guide people to know Jesus as their Savior, to grow in their faith, and to share Jesus' love with others. The place where we meet Jesus is in his Word — therefore God's unchanging Word is our foundation and guide as we grow in Jesus and share his love.

St. John is a Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS) congregation in Maribel, Wisconsin, gathered for worship since 1855. In addition to worship, religious education, and social activities, the congregation operates St. John Lutheran School and Loving Arms Christian Childhood Development Center for the thorough Christian training of children.

Come and worship

We gather for worship every Sunday at 9:00 AM, with Holy Communion celebrated on the first and fourth Sundays of the month. Whether you are exploring the Christian faith or looking for a church home, you are warmly welcome to join us.
